Many people would guess correctly that my hobbies include sewing and needlework but would be surprised to find out I play online multiplayer popular games such as PAD (Puzzles and Dragons) and Ingress. I should be selected because I have 15 y ears experience managing a campground. I enjoy working in the outdoor hospitality industry and love meeting people from all over the country and helping them make vacation memories that will last a lifetime. I take my responsibility seriously. Sometimes too seriously. When I finish my shift I always want to make sure I handled all guest issues and concerns that came up but I need to remember that the next shift can and does handle customer issues as well. Guest Service Management To serve our guest at a high level means to connect with the guests, to help them to enjoy their vacation time to the fullest, to make a difference to our guests and to make family memories to last a lifetime. I can foster an environment where team members constantly take care of the guests by setting an example. As a team member I want to exceed guests expectations, have a positive attitude, consistently provide a high standard of service and help to make team members look good. I strive to make their experience at Bear Creek a enjoyable memory that they wish to convey to their friends, neighbors and coworkers. Cleanliness Restrooms Guests want clean bathrooms. Cleaning and checking the bathrooms should be routine and second nature. Every team member should check on restrooms each time they enter, attend to any quick cleanups as needed or if unable to immediately contact a staff member that can attend to anything needed in the restrooms.
