In this chapter, I will be talking about my life is a Catholic, and how my faith has developed over the years. My life as a Catholic is the Sacramental one, and so far I have received the sacraments of Baptism, Reconciliation, Holy Eucharist, and Confirmation. The sacrament of baptism, Confirmation, and Eucharist are the three sacraments of initiation, and because I have already received my Confirmation. I am looking forward to alter serving at my class' confirmation. Baptism is the Sacrament that brought me into the Catholic Church. I was baptized on April 3, 2010 by Fr. Jack Schuler in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church. My Godmother is Lora bonstigal, and my God Father is Joseph Minah. My parents chose them because they are good friends. I prepared for the sacrament of Reconciliation with the rest of my 2nd grade class at St. Ferdinand but at that time I wasn't Catholic, so I didn't receive the sacrament. Mrs. Horton was my second grade teacher who prepared me for Reconciliation. Also when I was in third grade, I got classes by deacon named Anthony Onengia. Fr. Jack was the priest that gave me my first Reconciliation at St. Ferdinand Catholic Church. I remember when I was getting my first Reconciliation, the rest of my class was in PE class. I was so excited to receive the sacrament. Holy Eucharist is the sacrament which we receive the body and blood of Chris.t Mrs. Horton, my second grade teacher prepared me for the sacrament. We practiced receiving the sacrament by using goldfish as if they were a host. When I was in third grade, I received my first Holy Eucharist on April 3, 2010 in St. Ferdinand Catholic Church by Fr.
