In chapter three of the book, I found an interesting section related to mindfulness training (from the Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy). It explains how important it is to help clients become mindful and aware of the present moment in order to enjoy their sexual interactions. I believe this is a key element in life in general. It is easier to say we need to be present and aware than do it every day. We get caught up with our thoughts about future events and concerns that we forget to enjoy the moment. Thus, it is essential that clients have mindfulness training for them to learn how to enjoy life each moment (Murray, Pope, & Willis, 2017).
