Leadership has been defined as "the art of influencing people to the degree that they are willingly and eagerly to achieve the objectives of the army and encourage them to develop not only in action but in the desire to work with enthusiasm and confidence"(writer’s name, 2017).Management is dangerously important in people’s lives. Proactive leaders strive continuously to master and gain more skills in daily bases for the benefit of their followers. However, inexperienced leaders can result in unwelcomed outcomes and find themselves along with their people in a devastated abyss. Therefore, developing patterns and analyzing the circumstances surrounding the position or objective the military seeks to achieve, will play major impact on forming dependable leaders who can guide people correctly with respect, loyalty and cooperation. In general, leadership means working with others and influencing them. The concept of leadership’s style varies from place to place depending on the availability of material and human resources; the military leadership depends on the personality of the leader. The ability of the military leader to lead is measured by the understanding of the mentality, nature, control and ability to direct decisions affecting the entire organization, because mastering the right decision may not be a valid idea by choosing the right time to make decisions. Delay in decisions or take them prematurely may lead to failure and cause problems to the surroundings. The successful military leader is able to choose the right decision in a timely manner with all the intelligence, the courage of innate things that must be characterized by the military leaders, accompanied by coolness. On the other hand, the weak military leaders are afraid to move forward, but always make the ones before them to protect them. For example: The leader must be an example to those who follow in the implementation of decisions taken by himself first, it is not permissible to order the workers under his command and act as the opposite, it will make them rebel one day and obey any order issued by him. Leaders must also have strong will when making the right decision for the interest of the country and not softening the pressures that might be offered to him in order to mind change increasing the sincerity of work and military
