The founder is a movie set in 1954, about the founder of Mcdonalds.A man named Ray Kroc is the main actor of this film. Ray is a salesman who travels regulary and sells Prince castle brand milkshake mixers. He has a wife who supports him, and is very dedicated to their relationship, Ray on the other hand not so much. He has a comfortable living life although he is not quite successful as he wishes to be. Ray finds out about a drive through restaurant called “ McDonalds” in Southern California. Ray finds this restaurant unusual compared to the others, as they are ordering a huge amount of his milkshake mixers in bulk, so Ray takes a trip to California and notices that its a drive in restaurant with fast service, good quality food, throw away …show more content…

He gets the brothers to agree with him and signs a contract saying he’ll help make their brand bigger than ever. Ray builds a franchise in Des plais, illinois, where he tries to attract more wealthy customers into buying their high quality food and fast service. He first aims to attract the golf clubers , who are at a more higher class. Ray then takes responsibility of being the founder of Mc Donaulds throughout the film and starts to act unusual towards the Mac donaulds brothers by discluding them from all decisions being made, and announces him as the founder. He starts getting investment options from up scale restaurant owners (example, Rollie Smith) which helps his Mcdonalds franchises to continue to grow larger. Ray claims he is the founder of Mac Donaulds, by breaking the contract he signed in the beginning of the agreement and forces the Mac Donauld brothers to close down their franchise, he takes over the business and its original creations by restarting and growing the brothers idea alonsom. He agrees to pay the brothers their loyalties ( al though we never find out if he actually did) , and takes Mc donalds to the next level by being one of the bet
