Dress-codes are harming children across the nation. Would you want to help harm our future generation? Pro dress-code users only tell you what they want you to hear, telling you it’s good for our children when it’s quite the opposite. Administrators should not impose a mandatory dress-code because it would discourage freedom of expression and wouldn’t any academic performance. Freedom of expression is being limited by dress-codes. As listed in the text “Manual on School Uniforms.” Dress-codes can prevent students from wearing buttons or sweatshirts on or over their uniform.
