Managing myself

Perusing a successful career is a dream and goal for every single person in this world. For some people success comes true by finding a fulfilling and highly paying job, but for others is just doing what the love. Successful can have millions of definitions; actually every single person can have its own definition of success and different ways of achieving it. There is always one thing that will always be crucial for all the people and it is to learn how to get to know yourself.
In order to know myself the first thing that I need to know is: What are my strengths? My main strength is the pursuit of innovation, so I think that knowledge constitutes a key factor for development. We leave in a world that is always changing but what makes the difference is to take advantage of a feature others have not taken into account and turn this into an element of commercial development.

The above is considered, according to the recommendations of Drucker, since he INISTE the mistakes when identifying strengths: “First and foremost, concentrate on your strengths. Put yourself where your strengths can produce results” (Drucker & Coutu, 2010, pág. 2); and of course I’ve tried to become everything that I learned into something profitable.

I belong to a big place where you can meet many people and learn from them in order to innovate. At home I was taught that I belong where I can keep growing because at some point of your life you can belong to place but at some other you will belong to another place.
