Recommended: Trait theory of leadership

When discussing about your organisation it consists of internal structure and environment of that company. The internal environment is composed of elements within the organisation which includes current employees – at Ceylon Trading Private Limited only one employee working but at Ceylon Exchange in Australia there are around 15 staffs are working. In terms of management style at Ceylon Trading it would be a Democratic / Participative style. This is because where every person’s inputs are welcome and encourage employees and others to make decision. As a result, we all works together and have steady working environment. At the same time Managing Director’s management style would be coaching style. This is because he wants everyone in the organisation …show more content…

According to WBCSD CSR help organisation to show their commitment and responsibilities being as global citizen (World Business Council for Sustainable Development, n.d). One of the great examples would be in New Zealand where Fonterra giving out milk and dairy product to primary school kids. It can help kids to improve nutrition level.
