However, according to (BLS.gov) you have to get a "masters degree in or PH.D. in political science,public administration (or related field)".They also state there is no required experience in related occupations along with no on the job training.I like this idea because it allows me to be responsible for my own future.It doesn't hand anything to you or give you specific guidelines, which means that you can do whatever you feel would benefit you. The dedication it takes to be a legislature is rigorous, however,if you make it through the hard work,then you would be doing your society a great service.According to (BLS.gov),the work environment is "typically, work full time in an office.They sometimes work additional hours to finish reports and meet deadlines.More than half worked in federal government in 2014" Wanting a family would make this difficult, however with the passion I have for a future family and this future career I would be flexible.(BLS.gov) Informed me that political scientists "study the origin,development,and opperation of political systems.
