...a fresh attitude and a positive attitude. We want them to have more communication skills, speaking with customers is something that is day in day out duties. We have to show our customers we care, we care well trained, prepared, and knowledgeable about our products and production. We will have a better understanding of the store, what our demands are, what our goals are and much more. We will also be able to track our success with customer review drop box and the managers will be involved and on the floor with the customers getting their direct feedback. With this system, we can monitor our progress, adjust fire as needed, and determine if this is something we want to implement again in the future (such as making it mandatory for all new hires to participate in the training.) We have everything mapped out and we are looking forward to moving this company forward.
