Radar Online reported that Jenelle entered the hospital because she was experiencing several problems and she wants to find out what is wrong with her. She drove herself and is there with Dave and Kaiser.” However, when the source continues to tell what Jenelle Evans’ symptoms are, many wonder if she should have driven by herself. When conducting research for my project, I came across a website that contained a few primary sources regarding the Salem Witch Trials. One of these primary sources was the photo of a legal document explaining the death warrant and reasons for execution of a woman named Bridget Bishop. Bishop was claimed to be a witch in Salem during the year 1692, and the document explaining her significance involving witchcraft resides in the Peabody Essex Museum in Salem, Massachusetts. My thesis for this primary source is that the judge and jury believed they were seeking justice by executing Bishop, a woman whose death was truthfully based on her differences as a person rather than actual crimes she committed.
Ashley Davis is a 14 year-old, brown-skinned, African-American, masculine presenting female. Ashley’s mother reports that patient is defiant, especially toward her and other authority figures. Mother reports that Ashley’s behavior disrupts the family, her ability to achieve in school and has landed her in legal trouble. Mother reports that the Ashley began to exhibit sexually promiscuous behavior starting as early as 9 years old. Her reason for referral and placement on the unit was due to Ashley’s mother, finding her and her twin brother naked together in a sexualized position, all while trying to record this interaction. When the mother questioned both Ashley and her brother, it seemed as though the Ashley was the aggressor.
The Internet is a place where one may pretend to be anyone or anything anyone wanted to- even if that means lying to thousands of innocent mothers who had experienced the loss of a child. Jenna Evans decided to post online about the death of her child, Bentley, who had passed away due to a brain disorder. Many mothers who had felt this same heartbreak befriended her. Evans posted later that her oldest child, Hailey, had come down with flu-like symptoms in which she was then admitted into the hospital with meningitis. Evans later posted that Hailey had passed away as well. Her entire virtual family rushed to her side via e-mails, phone calls, and texts. However, little did they know, Evans had been faking this life the entire time. The real individual in which Evans had stolen her photos and stories from confronted her, causing her to spill the beans that she had faked the entire thing, and that Bentley was made up while Hailey was a child she had during her teenage years that she gave up for adoption.

The foster children Estela Anaya- Raygoza age 8 and Crystalbella Anaya-Raygoza age 7 displayed frequent destructive behaviors such as exposing themselves. In addition foster child Crystalbella was identified as having severe tantrums which prompted the locks and alarms. The RP stated it was recommended by the children's therapist along with the children's social worker that the door locks and alarms

In my opinion, David Cash should be punished for either not reporting to the police or stop Jeremy for sexual assault or murdering Sherrice, because David witnessed Sherrice being molested by his best friend and did nothing about it, he just walked away. Then Jeremy came to David and confessed to him that not only he molested her, he murdered Sherrice less than half an hour ago and David didn’t ask him why Jeremy did it? And since David failed to report to the police when Jeremy informed him about his crime, he should be charged and prosecuted as an accessory for both sexual assault and murder of Sherrice Iverson.

The scenario this paper will discuss pertains to an elderly woman, named Alicia Foote, and her legal right to create and exercise a living will. Ms. Foote currently has dementia, and is experiencing a diminished quality of life due to her hypertensive vascular disease, dementia, and semi-comatose state. In life you have to go through trial and error in order to get things done correctly. This goes the same for careers and how they educate and train their employees when they start work. One major event that took place was the murder of Nicole Brown Simpson and Ronald Goldman. This case had every eye being turned on Forensics and the Police Department. This was due to the fact that protocols were not being followed and evidence was not being handled the way that it was supposed to. The Forensics team was frowned upon due to them not doing what they were supposed to when they are the ones that need to know what they need to be doing with evidence and chain of custody. However, this was not the case, and it is also why many people believe that a killer by the name of O.J. Simpson was acquitted.

She got a new disease called stenotrophomonas, which is very difficult to treat. She was becoming pan-resistant, meaning she was resistant to everything. She had a bacteria called Gram negative. This bacteria has an armor formed around the negative bacteria that makes it harder for normal antibiotics to cure it. She was left with only one option, a lung transplant. For one, it was a very risky option since her body was so weak, and two, she would have to wait until a transplant even came up for her to have. She ended up getting the lung transplant though. Two years after she came home from the operation and she is still alive, but she has to be very cautious every day. She takes a handful of prescriptions twice a day and still picks up bacteria easily. Her mom said she has gotten pneumonia twice already. Her life is now extremely difficult, but she is at least
Psychology in law has been a big part of the legal system for many years. Many attribute Hugo Münsterberg as the father of forensic psychology (Fulero & Wrightsman, 2009). He researched topics such as eye witness accuracy, confessions, suggestibility, and crime prevention in his book On the Witness Stand (Fulero & Wrightsman, 2009). Münsterberg paved the way for psychologists to work and contribute to the legal field. Some of the many roles of a forensic psychologist is to determine insanity and assess competency to stand trial.
