In any system, efficient communication and integration along with the analysis of past research plays vital role in turning any present research into meaningful outcome(Nonaka and Takeuchi,1995; Pagell,2004).In this article which reflects that the flow of knowledge is significant for proper operation and management of organization which was proved by the theoretical review from many literature and evaluation of data along with the results of the effect of logistic operation in the management and the efficiency of the organization.
For the smooth running of organization, knowledge is not the only weapon to get success, whereas specific personnel like logistic personnel play important role in it (Heikkila, 2002). Even though logistic personnel have different interpretation about the inbound and outbound supply but when their knowledge are brought together for the administration of organization it is relatively higher by the data illustrated in the journal which is 0.45 rather than logistic personnel working alone estimated .36. Logistic operation personnel are given significant place because of their outlook on the business environment which covers almost overall business supply chain in an organization. Introduction to the variety of skills and knowledge are introduced by the logistic personnel’s which they bring into organization for proper synchronization of system. To see how knowledge brings changes in organization performance, the management of the operation, logistic personnel are the knowledge seeker which is important to bring variation in the operation of the organization.

Thus, in the future, the technology, skills, manpower are going to change along with development and it is significant to get every logistic operation personnel to get updated by every recent variety if knowledge important for the smooth running of the business.
To sum up, it is indeed true that knowledge brings changes and reforms to the business and organization development where logistic operation personnel are the one who can bring changes through their skills and knowledge. Logistic operation personnel are aware about the system of the business from tiniest to the greatest and getting aware of the diversity of interpretation they should bring their knowledge together for improvement in the management to operational and organizational performance
