The country I will be using for an example of imperialism is England. England imperialize South Africa, Canada, Australia, and India. The British Empire became the largest empire spanning over 35 million square kilometers in 1913. Imperialism is a policy of a country’s empire that extends its military power across other lands to get more contry of a area or region. England imperised the places that they did to ether get control over land. To get better access of trade, or just wanted to have more military power in the areas. The affected regions that England imperialized was intended to get access to more trade and to have a greater impact on the regions they were in. Australia was imperialized by England for land, and for space for their conflicts. The conflicts were there to farm food for the English people. When the English came, they brought conflicts, along with people with different cultures that changed Australia’s from the it was, to the way it to today. Today, Australia’s has a lot of England’s culture in them, such as language, foods, axsents, and more. Austria also has a high crime that is possible linked to having English conflicts in their country over two hundred years ago. The crimes are mainly linked to robbery, and theft. This is what England had problems with over two hundred years ago. Besides the high crime rate that has been given by England. Australia also shares a similar culture with England.
