Within a nation built upon immigration, immigration is one of the most controversial topics of today. The new elect president, Donald Trump, has stated “illegal immigration is beyond belief” and he has planned to build borders, place laws, and deport people who have come to the U.S. illegally. This has struck many homes with fear of losing loved ones, would this be a good thing to stop immigration in a nation built upon this?

But what happens if they are caught in the U.S. many times there will be a court case over the subject and can be fined or considered jail time if not both.
