Hooters also offers the best environment to just sit and spend quality time with your family or by yourself. Hooters girls are always checking on you if everything is right. The waitresses also making sure that the food is good and that your drink is full meanwhile having small talk with you. Waitresses also try to find out usually if it could be your birthday and they make sure to give you a memorable birthday. They have many types of wings like Daytona style wings, naked wings, original hooter style, and bacon wrapped wings. While ordering wings you can also order sides from curly fries, big dipper fries, onion rings and chili. Olive Garden always has a warm welcoming atmosphere where you can relax and enjoy dinner with your family. The waitresses and waiters are always respectful and care about your needs as a customer. On my many occasions to Olive Garden the service I get is always exceptional. I have a toddler and my servers were always very patient.

I find it odd that they would patron this particular restaurant, but their presence helps to put me at ease. Maybe I won’t look so bizarre walking into the restaurant next to them. I open the door to a small room where Hooters paraphernalia is sold. Everything from T-shirts to shot glasses, all decorated with the Hooters logo. I have to admit it’s a good marketing strategy: this room is the first thing to greet a customer walking in and the last thing a customer sees on the way out.

Any Chipotle I have always gone to have always had good service. Their employees are great. There is never a sour moment when you ask for anything, they are always kind and welcoming. I am always greeted with a hello and a smile when I step up to order. Even if the employee serving you has had a bad day it never shows, you would never know. Despite the lines being basically out the door every time you come (which is the only downside to coming here), the wait time can give you a headache. It is worth it, because Chipotle for sure serves fast food; they usually have three employees working to serve the food. One to get what you order prepared, one to add what extras you and to finish packing it and one to cash you out. The menu is very easy to read and figure out what you want. They have all of the print on the menu in white and big font so it makes it simple for everyone to read. So there isn’t any trouble ordering what you want. They have many different options to choose from as well. You don’t always have to get the burrito.

The way people react to service can be very different from person to person. Service is an important part of everyone’s lives because majority of the jobs that people preform are service related. Poor service is an unfortunate part of life that everyone comes across. The way that I react to the poor service I receive is important and can change in the blink of an eye. Whether I react in an outspoken way, by getting loud and voicing my opinion. Or if I react in a quiet or apologetic way, it can affect my server, and the people around me, and myself.
Customer Relationships is about building a relationship of trust and convenience. A customer wants the company they are working with to be intuitive. To know their needs before they do. They want to feel respected, they need to believe you are honest and have integrity. This relationship breeds comfort and familiarity and causes the consumer to continue to do business with your company. This relationship that is built develops a personal relationship, like a friendship and it is one that the consumer cannot get from the store down the road and it is that personal touch of sincerity, of knowing their needs, of servitude that will turn them into lifelong branded customers.
