Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be a Jew in the Holocaust? The Holocaust was when the German Nazis- under the control of Adolf Hitler- took the Jewish population in Europe -under control. The Holocaust was the largest mass genocide in world history. It was when the homosexual, disabled- physically and mentally- Jews and Gypsies were brutally targeted by none other than savage murderers. Most of the people that were taken were German Jews. The German Nazis took over the lands that the Jewish people lived in, took their property and sanity, and drained the life out of them. They came in and burned down synagogues and and took families apart through killing children and people that weren't useful to the so-called Pure Aryan …show more content…

They used the Propaganda to get more people on their side to show they were doing the right thing. There were several audiences for Nazi propaganda. Germans were reminded of the struggle against foreign enemies and Jewish subversion. During periods preceding legislation or executive measures against Jews, propaganda campaigns created an atmosphere tolerant of violence against Jews, particularly in 1935 (before the Nuremberg Race Laws of September) and in 1938 (prior to the barrage of anti semitic economic legislation following Kristallnacht). This shows they targeted children because they were susceptible to info that they didn't know was right. They were living in designated spaces in Germany called Jewish Houses with the star of David on their outer more garment. They showed how long they were treating the people in this awful manner. They didn't want them on the public transportation- sort of like the segregation in the United States. They didn't want them to have basic necessities. There were people that would tell them oh well the war is over this is over you come outside they didn't have those and says it is to live that most people today would actually take for granted they were taken away from them without any second thought, or
