Heid Music locations are in busy areas resulting in flyers being an easy and effective way to reach our market. A location like the Oshkosh store may not use the flyer promotion because if is in a metropolitan area, on the contrary the Appleton store is perfect for this method. Due to the stoplights, walking, and high traffic area putting up fliers on buildings and poles is an excellent method to get townspeople’s attention. On the flyer we will have Heid Music’s logo and slogan with small details such as dates on upcoming events. The appearance will be eye catching and easy to read. Displays will start in June advertising the mile of music and providing a basic understanding of the business. Heids phone number, website, and social media information will be featured making contact easily available. Staff members will be the ones posting the flyers around town and new ones will be hung up every week to every other week keeping the image new and creative.
In-Store Displays
In-store advertising will be displayed along the front windows of all five of our stores. The displays will consist of large window posters and smaller easier to replace posters both promoting our “Share the Music” campaign. This method will have the focus of providing all the information we can. Sending out important details in the mail to previous customers and neighborhoods near each store and all over town (as Heid’s market is towards all ages and everyone) is implicit for a campaign as it expresses all important knowledge to many people. Our direct mail will be small, yet detailed. It will be pleasing for the customer as it is aimed to satisfy them and also benefit our company.
