Everyone aspires to lead a healthy life. Healthy living is a broad concept that encompasses a variety of measures and behaviors that individuals must observe to prevent poor health. The selected health and wellness topic of interest that was selected is health living. Within this broad topic, the health and wellness issue that was identified that impacts on the target population is poor nutrition and physical exercise behaviors. Poor nutrition and lack of physical activity is detrimental to good health. To address the issues, it is important that effective measures are taken to foster a change in behaviors and promote healthy lifestyles. The adoption of healthy lifestyles is only possible when there is a change in thinking coupled with a simultaneous adjustment of behavior. Effective identification of the issues will push the individuals within the target population to start looking at ways in which they can address the problem.
