Internships are very useful in many ways. They can help an individual choose a career, grow in their field of study, or simply bring experience to their resume. Usually, internships are offered to graduated or current college students not to high school seniors. If the case is not approved, the legal consultant will review the case and see why it was not approved. He will then bring in the client to inform them of their rejection and review the forms to see if it can be re-sent and approved. Many cases are rejected at first because the forms are not completely filled out or there are some missing documents. Sometimes the U.S.C.I.S. offices miss certain documents and send the application back even if all the forms and components are there. When this happens the application is sent back for review. The consultant has to double check the forms to make sure everything is there and re-send the application to be approved again. This situation backs up the entire process by weeks.
