When you eat your breakfast, lunch, or dinner, do you ever think about where your food comes from? Many foods contain GMOs. GMO stands for Genetically Modified Organism, a plant or animal with genetically altered DNA. GMOs are in almost 80 percent of conventional processed food. There are many different kinds of GMOs.
