The popularity of Farmers' Markets has skyrocketed recently. 'Clean Eating' is a popular diet. Clean eating is eating fresh fruits and vegetables. Not taking in any processed foods. Because of this, Farmers' Markets are rising up all over town. Farmers' Markets are growing in popularity because people are becoming more concerned about the foods they are putting into their bodies, they have great concern for where their money goes from those food sales, and the environmental impact that these markets have made.
