In my first story I want to dive into the many faces/characters that I played in my professional career. I have had numerous ups and downs when it comes to finding my leadership identity and in this story I want to touch on a couple of those instances.
The book that had the most effect on me as a pioneer while I was working in the corporate world was Extreme Ownership by Leif Babin. Despite the fact that I have dependably been a pursuer, I didn't find leadership/management books until 2010, and I didn't find Extreme Ownership until 2012. In any case, as I've kept on contemplating, perused, compose, and talk about authority in the course of recent years, I've come to consider initiative something we ideally develop toward and into as we develop,
