Everyone has that one person that they give their utmost respect to because of the way they have impacted their life. Well, I give all my respect to my mother because of the not only impact, but the power this woman has had in my life since I was born. My mother has been here to uplift me when skies were grey for me, kept my head on straight when I felt like giving up in life, and she has made sure I was straight and had everything I needed even when she did not have a dollar to spend on herself. All because of my mother I had the knowledge on how to do right to become successful, I am in school, and I have always been on the right path, and lastly, I have always had a stable place to be, therefore I was never in the streets, or wondering where I would be sleeping. Growing up as a little girl, my mother has been the one to make sure my well- being was fine, thus making sure I was straight even when she was not. She has been here to fix everything in my eyes, when anything went wrong I would run to my mother, and I felt like my skies were clear again. She has been my protection, guidance, and comfort. Not only has she been here to make sure I was living right, but she always was my shoulder to lean on. …show more content…
By her being there like she has been she has had a huge impact on how I look at life, such as my education. For example, my mother has taught me that it is wrong to be a failure in life, therefore if I want to be successful I will have to get up and go for my education. I know that the only way to pursue my career is to put in the work like my mom has showed me to do. Also, growing up I know the right way to act in public and around other people, meaning that my mother has taught me the right way to carry myself and be a civilized young lady whenever I am out in
As I am progressing this step to becoming a man I am thankful for my mom. Throughout every step of the way she has been able to answer my questions about life in general. I look up to my mom as she is a strong woman that has been through alot in her life. My mom came from Mexico, leaving her family and everything she owned
For example what I was really struggling with reading in forth grade she got me help by making do eye exercises at Pacific University. It was very difficult for me and my family because we had to do the eye exercises three times a day with at least one other person to help me do them properly. And my mom was the one that would take me to all of my appointments every time they had to do more tests on me. Another thing that she would help me with was my sports, every time I have a softball game out in Tillamook or some place far away she is happy to take me to my games after a long day of work. Every day I was with her she would take me to my practices and
I didn't get "holidayitis" as my brothers well know this term. I wasn't stressed out and I kept saying, "there are 12 days of Christmas."
I will start off by talking about my amazing mother and how she helped me out in the long run. My mother taught me to never rely on anyone that I can do whatever I set my mind to. She also told me that life is full of mistakes, and I would always learn from them. She taught me how to cook so if you ever want something to eat you know who to come to.
During my pre adolescent years, as best as I can recall, my mother was the driving influence behind my development. She is a good person and a mother with an iron will and a strict way, and I believe that she was one of my first role models. My father played a part in my development also. He instilled in me the morals and values that I have today and I thank him for that. Unfortunately my father passed away thirteen years ago before I had a chance to tell him that.
My mom is the base of my being. She is why I am who I am today. She has raised me like a traditional Dominican mom, and has been my open source to anything and everything Dominican. The food she makes, the music she plays during the weekends, and the sayings she never gets tired of repeating are all apart of me and make me proud to be Dominican.
Even though I can be stubborn, and I don’t always listen she puts up with me all the time and I thank her for that because without my mom I would forget to do a lot of things, like if I have everything in the morning before I go to school. Also, you have three kinds you are all the same age, who all share a room, and just though all of our clothes on the ground, you take the time to clean out our room and do the laundry, so we have clothes to wear, and a clean room so we can find things. You also make it possible for all of us to get ready in the morning considering that we only have one bathroom to get ready in the morning.
The first reason why my mother has shaped me into the person that I am today is because my mother wants me to become a good woman. My mom teaches me to be a responsible young woman. For example, my mom asks me to do chores around the house for her. This has impacted me because my
She also was on the school board at my grade school, was politically active, and was active in our church. Seeing her stand up to error in public situations gave me the strength to do the same. Sadly, I had to fight error in my high school history class. I disputed my religion teacher's position concerning the civil rights movement (just one of many discussions we had that year). But without Mom's example, I would have been silent like the other kids.
Even before my first tear hits the ground, my mother is there to wipe it away. My mother feels my pain before I can even realize it. She understands my needs before I can even think of them. That’s why we call her a mother. My mother has been an extraordinary influence on my life and always will be. She’s the kind of mom who would always take time out and care for her four children and the mom who would never let her hardships in her life distress her kids. My mother has always been a very strong role model to me, and growing up with someone like her to look up to has changed my life in many ways. She has helped me grow physically, intellectually, and considerately. She taught me to always love, care, and give back to the people I am grateful for.
She could explain anything to me and I would understand straight away. She helped a lot for my education and always was there to help. My parents knew that she could teach me and show how hard it is these days and how hard I should work. That is why they always made sure I saw her enough but it never was for me.
Also, she has always been a good friend to me and I will never stop thanking my mother for what she represents in my life. Moreover, I am glad that my mother is my role model because without her in that place I don’t know for sure if the person I would have followed would be as good as she is in fulfilling this task. A good role model is what everyone should have
...mportant person in my life and I know that she will be always there for me with help, her love, and her care. She’s a wonderful person, she admires the beauty of life, and as a result she is always in a good mood. Now, like my mother, I’m a positive thinker, and I am a creative person who believes life is what you create it to be. I also know if I have to make any big decisions in my life, I can always ask my mom for advice because she has the wisdom and experience. I also know that she will tell me the truth even if it is not something that I want to hear, but she will tell me with kindness and without any judgment. My mother is my role model because she does so much for me; she gives me everything she has just to make my life easier. I love my mother and I am so thankful that she is the way she is. My mother is always there for me and I would do anything for her.
My mother was not only worry and take care of me, she always by my side when I need her help. I felt sad, my mother always by my side to talk and to console. While I am glad, my mother is always been there to share and listen to me. When I failed to do something, my mother who was gave me advices. She has always supported me in all my choices. She tried to make me strong people with independent minds. I looks to her in hopes that someday I will be as happy, as strong and as well as
All in all, my mother has had a great impact on my life. She encourages me to always grow and blossom into a better person each day of my life. No matter what happens in life, she has taught me to have faith and keep a smile on my face because better days will come. She’s been supportive and makes sure that I continue to prosper. Also, she has helped mold me into the young adult I am today and the success adult that I am sure to be in my future. My mother has greatly affected my life and for that she is greatly
