Extraterrestrial Life
Alien life can be described as life that does does not originate from this earth, from the simplest bacteria-like organisms to beings even more complex than ourselves.
Early philosophers had always believed that earth was the centre of the universe but with the invention of the telescope came the realization that the Earth is only a small and insignificant part of the universe, the questions rose "Could there be life outside of Earth?".
The earliest known believer of the idea of extraterrestrial life was from an Italian philosopher named Giordano Bruno during the 16th century. He wrote that other worlds "have no less virtue nor a nature different to that of our Earth" and, like Earth, "contain animals and inhabitants" . The speculation of extraterrestrial life increased even more during the 19th century after the observation of "martian canals" on the planet of Mars, these canals were thought to be the work of an ancient civilazation. However in 1984 a U.S. astronomer named William Wallace Campbell proved that oxygen and water was not present in the atmosphere and in 1877 advanced telescopes proved that these canals were optical illusion, which ended the idea of martian canals and life on Mars. The controversy of extraterrestrial life rose even farther after an airborne object crashed in Roswell, New Mexico in 1947. The airborne object was said to be a top secret U.S military Air Force surveillance balloon, however many skeptics claimed the object was a spacecraft carrying extraterrestrial life.
There are several crucial geophysical, astrophysical, and geochemical requirements for life as we know it to exist on another planet.
Astronomers believe that in order for any life form to exist on another plane...

Eighteen year old Travis Walton claimed to be abducted by a UFO on November 5, 1975, during a logging trip in the Apache- Sitgreaves National Forest in Arizona. Him and his team were approached by a large silvery disk that was hovering over a hill, Travis ran towards the disk and a large beam of light emerged from the saucer and striked Travis. His team reported that the light propelled him into the air and into the spacecraft, Travis was nowhere to be found for five days. He claims to remember being hit by a light and falling unconscious, when he awoke he was surronded by three alien-like figures that stood at three feet with dome shaped heads and no hair, and then re awoke again outside of a gas station in Arizona.
The search for extraterrestrial life continues to this day
What really happened over the summer in 1947 in Roswell, New Mexico? People have debated this topic countless times. Despite all of the deviations of what happened, there is a general timeline. Sometime during the months of June and July 1947, an aircraft landed in Mac Brazel’s ranch; Brazel proceeded to tell Sheriff George Wilcox. He sent a member of the Roswell Army Air Field base to look at the wreckage on Brazel’s ranch. This person took some of the debris back to the base for further inspection. On July 8, 1947, the newspapers published stories about how someone found a flying saucer in New Mexico. However, the government told the newspapers to report that it was merely a weather balloon that had crashed. After that, everybody simply accepted the story and dropped the topic. Throughout that story, many pieces of evidence went untold to the media. There were numerous pictures that went unreleased. Many affidavits went unnoticed and nobody paid attention to inconsistencies in the government’s justifications. Because of explicative photographs, several eyewitness accounts, and contradictory government explanations, there is extensive proof that the government concealed an alien landing in Roswell, New Mexico.
The Ley family says they saw the object fly overhead before any of the occurrences later that night. Tim Ley and his son said, "When it finally got here and we realized this thing was coming right over us, we really started getting antsy.
They both agreed that it was nothing like they had seen before, and went to. the ranch to collect more of the debris. On July 8th, Marcell and Blanchard returned with two carloads of debris. The wreckage was then flown to Fort Worth Army Air Field. At noon on July 8th 1947, Blanchard. ordered a press release telling the country that the army had found remains.
Paranormal Activity is similar to pseudoscience and involves experiences outside of science (Hines, 2003). However, there is another side to these strange occurrences which includes UFOs, alien contact, and the appearance of unusual creatures. According to Imbrogno (2008) “No matter how skeptical you are, there are three things that cannot be denied: that reports of paranormal experiences exist, that they persist, and they are increasingly occurring on a global scale” (pg.16). According to Hines (2003) “Paranormal phenomena includes extrasensory perception (ESP), telekinesis, ghosts, poltergeists, life after death, reincarnation, faith healing, human auras, and so forth” (pg.20). The term UFOs, unidentified flying objects, is the reported sighting of any object or arrangement of lights that do not have a logical or natural explanation. The first reported incident in America occurred in 1947, when an amateur pilot, Kenneth Arnold, made claims of a sighting while flying his small plane near Mount Rainier in Washington which caused the U.S. government to begin searching for extraterrestrials (Stephey, 2009). Moreover, Chinese texts from the 4th century make claims of a “moon boat” that visited once every 12 years hovering above the country to become the earliest sighting in recorded history (Stephey, 2009). Although issues such as speed, shape, and size continues to differs, the U.S. Air Force commissioned Project Blue Book, an official record of sights that occurred in the U.S. from 1952 to 1969 logging over 12,000 sightings or events involving UFOs.
There are many conspiracies that people say have happened at the Roswell crash in the summer of 1947 in Roswell New Mexico. Nobody knows what really happened at the crash in Roswell New Mexico but, many people say that the thing that had crashed there was a UFO and or a flying saucer which mean there being aliens. Even after 50 years the people still do not know what happened and for everybody that doesn’t know were going to go deeper into what really happened. This incident had caused a lot of chaos with the Air force and the people.

The Roswell Incident, which enlightened our minds to the capacity of excepting all, has remained one of the most controversial issues today. In Roswell, New Mexico, 1947, a strange occurrence arises. An alien craft from outer space crashed in an open field. The issue lay still for almost thirty years, until the thought of a government cover-up arose.
I feel there must be extraterrestrial intelligence. Even if not in our galaxy, in the universe somewhere. Someone once said, "Absence of proof, is not proof of absence." I think he is correct. While we do not know that aliens exist, we do not that they do not exist. Considering the many UFO sightings, most of them are probably conjured, but at least one had to have really happened because the idea is too crazy to be thought of out of nowhere. Some scientists argue that the chances of alien intelligence are slim since the circumstances that produced life were all just strange coincidences, all the same circumstances happening somewhere else is extremely unlikely. I think it is just arrogance to assume we are the only intelligent life in the universe.
Recently, two probes were sent back and they made it to Mars. They landed on the South Polar Caps of Mars. That is where NASA plans to find water. After landing on Mars, the probes extracted water like crystals from the surface of Mars. They found that there was a small amount of water in the crystals, which means that there is a strong chance that life, was on Mars at one time.
Undoubtedly, with over 10 000 cases, the sheer amount of reported UFO sightings and abductions is startling. In July 1947, an airborne object crashed on a ranch near Roswell, New Mexico. Rancher Mac Braezel examined the debris which appeared to be mostly metallic and plastic scraps. However, it was damaged beyond identification of its origin. He brought some of the material to his neighbours who attempted burning it, cutting it, and yet, it would not be damaged. They also tried bending it, too which it would dent momentarily before peculiarly molding back to its original form. Mac hurriedly contacted the local sheriff, who then, in disbelief, contacted two military officers to the debris field, also in dubiety, they brought some of the material they had found to the Roswell Army Air Base. Shortly thereafter, another local along with some students on an expedition, discovered a disk-shaped aircraft about two miles from the debris field, which had four small humanoid bodies scattered around its vicinity....
How life originated on earth is a question that people have wondered for ages. One possibility that answer this brilliant question is the panspermia theory, which suggests that life on earth originated thanks to the contribution of cosmic beings that come from any point in the universe. This hypothesis does not speak of organisms ranging in meteorites moving through the universe to the Earth to conquer it, but it speaks of complex chemical substances which had been formed earlier from the origins of the universe, which reached the earth at any given time.
Aliens. Extraterrestrial life. Humans have always had an interest in extraterrestrial intelligence. The speculation of extraterrestrial intelligence is popular these days both in mass culture and in science but belief in extraterrestrial intelligence goes back into ancient times. Extraterrestrial life is defined as life that does not originate from Earth. With the fascination of aliens among human, many became theorist. They believe that extraterrestrials with superior knowledge of science and engineering landed on Earth thousands of years ago sharing their expertise with early civilizations which forever changed the course of human history (Ancient Aliens). An example of this is Stone-hedge. How exactly did human place these heavy giant rocks on top of each other without any heavy machinery or tools. The only explanations one can come up with is with the help of extraterrestrials. So because of this, people have always tried to get in contact with extraterrestrial beings since the day of man.
Many people who live on Earth are close minded to what is really out there in the universe. They cannot even begin to fathom the vastness of it and how Earth is just a tiny little speck compared to everything else out there. From the planets to the stars and out towards the edge of the unknown, we can only see what science provides us with. From this, we know that we are nothing but a tiny planet located in a solar system of millions in a galaxy of many more in the universe.
One of the most common unanswered questions scientists find themselves asking is "Is there life on other planets?" Since the first famously documented UFO sighting in 1947, the idea of extra-terrestrial life has been debated almost non-stop. The subject has inspired many TV programs, such as The X-Files, and films (Mars Attacks, Independence Day, and the Men in Black films to name but a few). Scientists have come up with many new ideas and ways of trying to either prove or disprove the existence of life elsewhere.
