Fixed mindsets and growth mindsets influence people and their ability to be successful in school and in life. We all have the same ability to be successful but it depends on our motivation and hard work. I believe she had a very strong argument and was able to develop it correctly. Dweck explained what fixed mindset and growth mindset means at the beginning which helps readers understand what she will be talking about throughout her work. She also had enough evidence to convince readers that her arguments were correct. I think that she used good word choices so that anyone that reads this can understand what she is trying to say.
