Climate change has been happening for centuries. There has been times where the planet was frozen, making the planet an ice age. Now, temperatures have been rising for centuries and this is causing multiple events to happen. Species will start to go extinct and this can cause many other species to go extinct as well. Humans can be held responsible for the temperature change because of all the different kinds of gases people put into the air.
There’s multiple kinds of gases people use that goes into the air each and every day. One of the kinds of gases people release into the air comes from the burning of fossil fuels. With all this new technology that is helping with the climate change, there’s still many reasons why humans are changing the climate. Deforestation is another way that carbon dioxide is released into the atmosphere.

When people take down forest so there is nothing left is called deforestation. People do this to make room for more buildings and homes. When deforestation happens, it releases carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. When the deforestation releases the carbon dioxide the carbon dioxide is trapped in the atmosphere and this is what causes the climate to raise. Deforestation takes place almost all over the world. More forests are being destroyed each year and this takes away habits from animals that live there. When the climate is getting warmer and warmer, places with lower temperatures will start to melt and this will cause animals to go extinct.
Climate change is not only affecting the temperature, but also all the species that live on earth. Many species live in cold areas, but with the climate rising those areas are becoming warmer each year.
