As I was starting my homework, I heard my mom yell "Honey! Come down for dinner!!". As I went down the stairs, an aroma of buttery mashed potatoes filled the air. As soon as I sat down at the table, my father asked the same question he does everyday, "what did you learn at school today sweetheart?" "Well, I read a story called "Block Party" and we had to identify the theme of the story, which was that you dont necessarily need a mother to grow up well, get advice, help regarding more personal problems, or to have a female role model in your life. I agree with the theme of the story because if you need advice you can always ask your friends, or or if you are having more personal problems you could go to other relatives in your family. Also, you could have another female role model, such as an aunt or a grandmother.
Some people look at chores as a bad thing. When in reality they are not all that bad.
“No cost nor labour did I spare” is a phrase every mother lives by. It shows that a mother loves her children so much that she will give anything up just so her children can reach success in life. The way this is written suggests that there was no thought involved in making this decision, the mother did not even think about it for a second, she knew immediately that she would not spare any cost or labor for her child. Anne Bradstreet is the author who wrote this, suggesting that the most important thing in her entire life is her kid’s success in life. In the poem “In Reference to Her Children,” author Anne Bradstreet demonstrates her love for her children by raising her children with pain and care, watching concernedly her children grow up, and wanting to be with them in the afterlife.

The structured discipline of both parents and teachers help the child to appreciate that good behaviour is much more beneficial than bad behaviour but without this structure in one or both of these settings, could lead to the child not understanding, leading to it being much more difficult to correct behaviour that isn't wanted without resorting to drastic measures of physical or psychological punishment that would do more harm than good. Further research into helping the children in these sort of circumstances would be much more beneficial to the topic of child behaviour and punishment.
In modern culture, children are seen as both innocent and immature. People feel they are innocent in that they have not experienced much of life and are not yet exposed to the reality of life. This characteristic of innocence that is placed upon children is what leads to the immaturity of children. Because people believe the innocence of children not being exposed to the world makes them incapable of handling mature situations and issues, children are rarely granted any form of responsibility. Children are shielded by their parents or other caretakers that take the responsibility of caring for the child, making decisions for the child, and doing much of the work that they feel a child can not do themselves. Sense of ambition and responsibility occurs hence developing a sense of purpose. Parents must be careful to hit a balance between satisfying the childs questions and needs but also making sure they know that this behaviour is not okay. Parental behaviour that makes the child feel as if their questions are embarrassing or they are annoying may cause too much guilt.there must be a balance

Children are our future of the world. They are the ones who will create the next generation. Therefore, it is important to start young within children, teaching them right from wrong. It is important preventing them from following the same negative patterns as kids of today. Many kids today do not really have a strong discipline, love and support at home. In general being a parent does not come easy or, with a manual on how to be a positive effective parent. There is a different factor that causes children to be disobedient or out of control. Or sometimes the parent can be doing everything right and shows much love as they can for their child. But, the child is given a negative and avoidance feedback.
Also it helps kids have a better understanding of what they did at school that day. Recent studies, show that kids that do homework have a better understanding of what they did at school. Which can lower the work that teachers do everyday.

I believe that children should receive a weekly allowance for completing his or her list of chores, doing extra to help around the house, and good behavior. In my opinion, children should receive an allowance for doing chores for the purpose of building financial literacy, encouraging independent thinking, and reinforcing good habits.
It will teach your child to take full responsibility for his/her actions. So say if the child breaks something while cleaning the child will learn to take full responsibility for the broken item. So if the child doesn’t take responsibility the child will not be rewarded his or hers allowance. So once the child learns to take responsibility for his or her actions actions then it could help them in later life. One of the ways it can help them in later life is, if the the child gets a job and breaks something and they don’t take responsibility they could get fired. Thus, from the definition stated gender inequality refers to unequal or unfair management, treatment, or perceptions of persons or individuals are based on their gender. In a parallel sense, gender inequality can be said as the world in which there was discrimination against anyone based on gender. In this introductory, the general understanding of gender inequalities will be discussed further into three significant factors that influence the allocation of housework between men and women. Household chores can be classified as cleaning, cooking and paying bills. Division of housework serves as an important element in the continuation of the function of a family and it requires contribution from both spouses (Tang, 2012). However, current society’s perception on housework is based on gender, so the three major factors that influence the division of household chores within the couples are education level, economic resources, and time availability (refer to Figure1 in Appendix 1).
