Recommended: Conservatism and liberalism

For many years now Republicans and Democrats have had opposing views on political issues; such as, governmental influence, tax policies, and healthcare. Although they are similar in some ways they tend to differ in how they enforce these basic issues in our society. In becoming educated on these two parties I found my political view would lean toward the Republican party, because of my individual beliefs and upbringing. Republicans have a conservative stance on political laws and issues applied to society. This traditional outlook impacts how Republican officials enforce certain matters at hand while in office.
