A circuit clerk is a sectary to the court. They keep up with all the marriage files that every been made in the county. Even when the person is dead they keep their name locked in, in the system. Maintaining the rrecords of the court and what not is a big responsibility. You have to be trust worthy and even smart to hold this spot. They circuit clerk is like a secatary of the schoo; they monitor everything that goes on. When a juvenile goes to court, he or she puts that in the book. Registering people to vote me a big part of being a secretary. They either have to pull up files of people that already registered or make sure they register them. Born June 11, 1880, Jeannette Rankin was the first woman elected into U.S. Congress at the age of 36. After attending college, she tried several jobs, following her mother’s lead as a teacher, then a seamstress, and finally a social worker. She was also a pacifist, reformer, and women’s suffrage activist. Having moved to Washington State, she became involved with the suffrage movement, pursuing the need to amend that state 's constitution, allowing voting rights for women. Once Washington was ratified in 1911, Rankin returned home to Montana, fighting for the liberty to vote there, taking until 1914 to establish those rights.

My experience at the Wisconsin Court of Appeals was an extremely valuable one. As someone who was interested in doing a clerkship after I graduate, it was great to see the procedure used by a law clerk at an appellate state court. Although some of the work done will not seem difficult, it is very important that an intern try to find the learning objective in each task. There are many different outlets in the Court of Appeals that will be there for support, including law clerks, assistants, and other interns. I would recommend asking questions as many times as you feel necessary to build a relationship with each person.
Corrections: The primary role is to supervise inmates and maintain inmate custody. This is achieved by working in the prison, jail, and court room setting. It also requires officers to transport offenders under strict and closely monitored procedures.

The court is also the place where a just, fair and unbiased trial can be heard so that it would not cause any disadvantage to either of the party involved in the dispute.
