Kidney is important part of our body. It performs very important functions of our body, among all the important functions, the most important one is the excretion of the waste material. So when the kidney will unable to excrete the waste and toxic products from our body so the toxic matter will remain in our body and which causes bad effects on our body. The total failure of the renal system is known as Chronic Renal Failure. The prevalence of CKD shows that most of the elderly people are effecting from this disease. The most common causes of the CKD are Diabetes and Hypertension. Afterwards I have explained the stages of the CKD, it has 5 stages described above in detail. Several lab test have been explain for the diagnosis of CKD like GFR test, a blood creatinine test, a fasting blood glucose test etc. Then important sign and symptoms have been mentioned. At the end the prevention and treatment of the CKD have explained, some preventive measures have mentioned and some medicines also discussed for the treatment. Chronic Wasting Disease is a highly transmissible, deadly neurodegenerative disease that affects cervids in North America (Belay et al., 2004; Saunders et al., 2012). There are only four types of cervid that are known to get this disease which include elk, mule deer, white-tailed deer, and moose (Chronic Wasting Disease Alliance).
