The Holocaust was a very tragic event, over 1.5 million children and adults were killed. They didn't do anything wrong, they were being themselves and they got judged and hated so much that they had to die. The children were first forced to live in a run down city with there family then soon put on a small train with 200 other people crammed in starving for food, they traveled for months, some people died and children and adults had to sit next to them while they rot. People were fighting over food, people would kill for food. once the children got off the train they were separated immediately from girls and boys, from adults and children. They were forced to live in ghettos where they had to be marked with a star to wear on their clothing so people would know who they are. The holocaust is going to be taught to students in schools forever, it will be a tragic story that will never be forgotten. The soldiers of the camps, some of them vanished , still hiding but Americans and people are hunting them down and I believe they all got caught and put into and American jail. I believe the holocaust is something that no one but the children and the people who actually experienced it could really know how harshful and tragic and scared it was. The holocaust to me is very bad and i think the nazis should never be forgiven for what they have done to the innocent people, no one could escape from this moment in life.
