These companies enjoy a great market share due to the fact that their products are of a high quality. Another thing that is consistent with all of them is the high price they charge. Apart from this they have maintained great customer relationships which allow them to retain their customers.
There are smaller companies that are also operating in the market today. As this is a growing industry, there is a need to keep up to date with the latest trends and fashion from around the globe, in order to provide the customers with the best possible options. This is a major flaw in the smaller companies that are operating in the Pakistan garment industry. There is not a great deal of research being carried out by them which often results in them being cut out from the industry. In order to survive and attract customers, research is a must for all the companies, and because of which we plan to do exactly that in order to gain an upper hand over our competitors.
