Much of the friction and issues that Candidate Bologna-Jill experienced during the execution phase of this obstacle was a direct consequence of his order lacking key parts or that it was briefed in such a way that it was not coherent, that it was out of sequence, and that it was not understandable. SNC included no mission statement in his brief and went right into briefing the coordinatinsg instructions and tasks.
