DUTY PERFORMANCE: SSG, your duty performance for the month of April was to standards. You continue to complete all tasks that are assigned to you in a timely manner. You're responsible and work well with no supervision. You have completed the changeover slides and brief CRC RADC at the Crew daily changeover brief flawlessly this month. You have ensured that all the STO have gone out on time while on shift. SSG Austin, outstanding job on working with the Mission Planning Cell on the Syria strike planning the up order of PAT XI and your performance on the BCT-3 Floor. Your knowledge of the Patriot weapon system has been vital in developing a training plan for the two 14E in the ADAFCO sections. SSG Austin, great job in taking the lead in the updating and development class for the 108th ADA BDE Blackboard. This will help standardize all training within the BDE. On the 25 April 17 you will be teaching Tact Tuesday class to the Kingpin CRC night crews. The class needs to be 10-20 min in length over Patriot capabilities and limitations.
