To become successful, a business organisation must find its customers and what they want after finding out the customers and their needs. Business organisation must find a way to satisfy and identified customers and serve to that needs effectively. Organisation has to choose a mission statement, value and purpose which provide a clear sense of understanding why it’s existed in the first place? This does not only give a clue to customer s about the business, but also provides a direction for the organisation keep itself on track and carefully avoids deviating from that path to achieve its purpose.

ASDA has is to respect for the individuals, this individuals can be staff members, managers and customers or other stakeholders that are directly or indirectly affected by their business.

Furthermore, ASDA strives for excellence unless all areas are improved dramatically to deliver the desired outcome. The staff must be trained to become better customer service and the quality goods and service must be matched to customer’s expectation. Globalisation has major impact on how business organisation in UK and entire world, business is no longer local but deals with entire world for both outsourcing and getting supply of goods to provide customers cheaper and quality wise. Asda is in competition with other UK super markets to increase its market share and competition needs business strategy to be in competitive business. There are always constant changes of prices to lure large customers among supermarkets. Asda has to be fully aware to what is going on around, and watch that price. Cost and product diversification plays important role in the business world, offering cheaper goods and good quality is what drives to Asda to remain an emerging force in last ten years and its business has grown despite an economic recession period.
