Recommended: Introduction of Anne Frank

Have you heard of Anne Frank? She was a 13 year old girl with a big dream. She wished to be an adventurer. The world interested her, to a great extent. I believe she should receive the medal of honor because she was brave enough to hide out from the Nazis. Anne and her family hid from the Nazi's during the years of 1942 - 1944, 2 years in hiding. They were accompanied by the Van Danns, Peter, Mrs. Van Dann, and Mr. Van Dann. Miep Gies and Mr. Kraler brought them food and news of the war. They couldn't use running water, talk, or move when the workers were in the building. Some people may think someone else should get the medal but in 1944 they were found by the Security Police (Grune Polizei). Soon they were deported to Westerbork then
