BEHAVIOR EXPLANATION # 1 1. Behavior Observation/Description (5 pts) On August 16, 2014, my three best friends: Annel, her boyfriend Kevin, and Jada called me around noon to let me know that they will swing by my house to kidnap me to go to Santa Monica Beach. Once we got there, we were all amazed at how the beach was crowded and filled with people. This is the first sign of my worry for Annel because she is clumsy and would easily get lost, not to mention she is diabetic and can faint in this heat. I tried to have fun with all of them but also tried to keep an eye on her at the same time. Her phone and Jada’s were dead at the time so she wanted to use mine to take pictures. The main plan for that day was to rent two tandem bikes to ride along the beach shore. As we’re all walking on the pier to look for the bike shop, somehow we got separated. Jada was with me and her phone was dead so either of us can’t call Annel or Kevin. Jada and I then stroll back and forth on the pier to look for them but there was no luck. They were shocked and scared at the same time. After the moment of my aggression toward them, I just walked ahead of my three best friends. While walking alone, I thought back about my recent action and felt like a jerk because I just embarrassed and mistreated them in front of the crowd. I should have remained calm and approached the situation professionally. Meanwhile, as they catch up to me, I apologize to them and asked to resume with the mission of finding the bike shop. They told me they understood the reason for my madness because I was worried so they put that past them.
