Christian and Islamic religions are separate from one another, they have many differences but when you look deeper at the religions they are not as different as you would think. Both religions hold many of the same beliefs including their ideas of what the afterlife holds. These religions have a very similar idea of what goes on in either heaven or hell, and both believe the soul continues to exist and your actions in the real world affect where you eventually end up. Although Christianity and Islam are separate religions their beliefs and ideas of what occurs in the afterlife are not that different.

Islam, the dead pass over a bridge to reach paradise, if they fall down that means their bad deeds are weighing on them and will remain in hell, otherwise you will make it across the bridge into paradise. Along with the bridge that decides your faith, each person receives a book of their good and bad deeds depending on the hand the book is placed in will also decide whether they are headed for paradise or condemned for life. Warriors are not judged and taken to God immediately in paradise, because of their good deeds for fighting for him, while people of non-Islam faith are condemned to hell immediately. Just like in the Christian faith nonbelievers are sent straight to hell with no chance of redemption. Christianity on the last day the righteous and the sinners will be separated, ones who are moral in their hearts will succeed while the evil-doers will be rooted out for all eternity. God gives people chances and the ability to end up in his kingdom, it’s whether the people take his notions and try to change or ignore and have to deal with the consequences.
