Due to the business being run by the family , the entrepreneurial craft is strengthen down the generation. Do not get overwhelm with sticking to the basics because everyone is going to want to try different things. CEO stands for Chief Executive Office or some times referred as president. Sometimes the president of the United States of America is referred to as CEO. Always be the boss of the company.
