Beijing National Stadium, also known universally as the Bird’s Nest (鸟巢), is one of the greatest architecture and stunning landmark in the age of globalization. The stadium was designed by architects Jacques Herzog and Pierre de Meuron of Herzog & de Meuron, the Chinese contemporary artist, Ai Weiwei, and the vice chief architect of China Architecture Deisng & Research Group, Li Xinggang[ ]. It was used for the 2008 Summer Olympics and Paralympics.
