Between the three philosophical perspective given, which are western, eastern, and Islam, our group has agreed to use proceed with the perspective philosophy of Islam in solving the problems that related in that article.

As discussed by Azmi A.M (2000) noted that in Islam, the true partner in an organization is our own staff and employee. This caused the employees and staffs participate in each section in develop of the organization and also enjoy the profits together. In addition, Islam also stressed and emphasized that salary, bonus, cash or other consideration must be given as much as possible so that the distribution happened fairly and everyone has satisfied.

According to Milkovich & Newman (1993), they state that compensation is one form of compensation for the employee to as the bonding conditions of employment. It also function for reward to those whose service, whether it is in the form of financial or non-financial.

In the management philosophy of Islam, there are two aspects that they need to be fulfilled, among them ‘al-amanah’ 'and 'al-khilafah'. In addition, Islamic perspective has set out about the work ethic that has been agreed by the Islamic consultative body under the department of the minister. Among them which are truth, honesty, sincerity, and justice (Dr.Hashan n.d).

“Work you before Allah with various good deeds and beneficial, both to yourself or to the general public, then God will see that is evaluating and rewarding the deed” (Dr.Quraish,n.d). Based on the meaning of the text above, evaluating and rewarding will be interpreted as a reward or compensation. In addition, it is also known as salary or return to the work done by the people who carry out that work.

Besides, provide education and learning to employees is a wise move and good to improve and develop the organization, with this, the employee can improve workers' skills and can deduce the mistake while working. In Islamic or UAE countries, in the past twenty years, they use an approach which is where education and learning is free and been paid by the State or the employer.

Islam is a religion that can meet all needs. Therefore, Muslim people should learn the basics laid down in Islam.
