Industrialization molded the humankind to develop and to increase. Humankind, on the other hand, used industrialization to exploit and to rule. Industrialization is a “conversion to the methods, aims, and ideals of industry and economic activity, particularly of an area that was previously underdeveloped economically” (Dictonary.com Unabridged, n.d.) .Air pollution is created by nature and industrialization. As of the modern day, man-made air pollution, which is caused by industrialization, is eminent than the natural air pollution. Because of improper implementation of laws, destructive expansion of cities, and undisciplined consumption of consumers, air pollution is rampant, but can be prevented by following laws, planting trees and reducing consumption.
Air pollution is a part of the natural process of remolding the earth. The natural process of air pollution is associated with the earth’s condition. A volcano, for instance, creates land masses by spewing lava and releasing millions of carbon dioxide, sulfur dioxide, and hydrogen sulfide. The lava, a semifluid material on the earth, is composed of dissolved matter of gases. Due to the eruption, gases are released to the earth’s atmosphere, releasing volatile gases that can harm living entities. According to United States Geological Survey [USGS] (n.d.), “Gases are also released from magma that either remains below ground (for example, as an intrusion) or is rising toward the surface. In such cases, gases may escape continuously into the atmosphere from the soil, volcanic vents, fumaroles, and hydrothermal systems”(para.1).
