The Trail We Blaze: My Expectation’s for the Future A Little Bit About Me: “I always felt I had a chameleon soul-- no compass pointing due north, no fixed personality, just an inner indecisiveness that was as wide and as wavering as the ocean” (2). In a sense I believed it was true. I never really knew what I wanted to do with my life, but that didn’t stop me from being excited for what was to come. When I imagined my life in the future, I dreamt about the intriguing adventures, unforgettable memories and life-long friendships I would experience. Success is accomplished when a person achieves those desired goals and/or attains prosperity. I consider myself a very ambitious person and I am anticipating that the few established goals that I look to fulfill in the coming future will help me live a successful life. Some of these goals I hope to accomplish are personal, while others are professional. My professional objectives in life consists of receiving my bachelors’ degree, obtaining a job that makes me happy and becoming financially stable, supporting my family, as well as helping the less fortunate. I want to travel to developing countries to educate people on the adequate ways of living healthy lifestyles and improving their wellbeing. Your accomplishments throughout college will unlock multiple opportunities. Let’s begin with the fact that having a job would look great on your resume if it pertained to your future career somewhat connects to your major. Over the summer, I got a job as a camp counselor, which gave me an understanding as to what it is like to work with children. I currently have two jobs on campus that pertain to maintaining a healthy lifestyle and being active. I think working at the gym and the outdoor experience center provides me with a great opportunity of building my resume for a future career in PA. In addition to my two jobs, I plan on also doing research with my Psychology and Public Health
