The man behind the clown
Thomas A. Edison once said, “I have not failed. I've just found 10,000 ways that won't work.” Ray Kroc was successful because he kept trying no matter how many people put him down. Also, if he succeeded in one thing he kept on going and fulfilling his other goals to continue. He had confidence and motivation in himself as a person and that contributed to his success. He set realistic goals for himself and had strived to be the best. He was hard working since young and knew what he was doing so that was building block to his success.
Ray Kroc born by the name of Raymond Albert Kroc was born on October 5, 1902 in Oak Park, Illinois. After 32 years of building what is now a multibillion dollar fast food chain Kroc died January 14, 1984 at the age of 52. As a child his father Louis Kroc took him to a physic who claimed that Kroc would be successful in the food service industry. The physic was right because since young Ray Kroc would find different way to make money. When he was 15 he lied about his age to participate in the Red Cross as an ambulance driver during World War I. But the war had ended before his training was completed.
From a very young age, Kroc began to view the world as a place to sell to.”While in grammar school he had opened up his own lemonade stand straight outside his home in what they called the “Chicago suburbs of oak park. He sold his lemonade to numerous people within his neighborhood for which at that time was considered high prices. He figured if he sold one cup for billions of dollars he wouldn’t have to sell anymore lemonade but sadly that wasn’t true. But then he worked in his uncle’s grocery store at a soda fountain.

...food they help build your confidence and it feels good to be appreciated. That is also success.
You can have both personal and professional success. Your goals help determine what type of success you have. People sometimes only have one or the other because if you are only looking for money, you will probably only have professional success and not personal. If you are looking to have people look up to you and actually appreciate you then you have personal success. It's not hard to have both but during work people tend to forget what they work for and I want to have both. I want people to want to be like me and I want them to admire me at the same time.
