Recommended: Technology in modern day society

We never really give technology a second thought because it’s an everyday part of our lives, and we’re used to it. We can’t imagine life without it. It is constantly being improved and going through amazing advancements, but have you ever thought about the two sides of technology? There are many reasons to support both: the good and the bad. I, for one, think that ever-changing technology is a good thing for these three reasons: medical advancements, communication & transportation, and convenience.

My first reason for technology being a good thing is medical advancements. Technology saves millions of lives every day! This is extremely important, and cannot be overlooked. “Even the simple act of dialing 9-1-1 is made possible because of technology!” (Mary Franke, 3 Reasons Why Technology is Good For Society) Have you ever even thought about this statement?
