Introduction:
This background report describes the student career planning that can help them to manage their learning and development process. The report focuses on different steps to make a career plan such as knowing yourself, finding out, making decisions and talking action to be the main points in your career plan. Knowing your self is to explore your skills, interests and motivations to set your goals of work and education. The finding out step is to explore the careers, education fields as well as determine your weakness to have variety of options whether in career or learning areas. The third step is making decisions by choosing the career that match with your skills, interests and motivations. The final steps is to take action by siting a plan of what actions will help me achieve my work and what experience do I need to know where should you start.
This topic is important because it gives you a clear view about your future and which step you should do to succeed. In addition, it will help you to organize your finance as well as choosing your education.







Know yourself:
Knowing yourself is the first step and the most important part in career planning. It starts by asking yourself where I am now, where I want to be and how I will reach there. After you have a clear idea about the previous questions you may move to evaluate your skills, interests and motivations. Moreover, in the skill aspect you should present your strengths and weakness to see if it matches with your choice in the future or you can develop your weakness. After that, you should see your interest, for example, your hobbies or something you want to try. Also, what are your motivations or goals is important to determine your career.
