Did it ever occur that America being one of the richest nations, yet fail to deliver proper health care system? The reason why many Americans around us are dying due to the cause of not having health care, because they simply don’t have any kind of health insurance. Now in 2016, there is an altercation of new presidency election candidate Senator Bernie Sanders trying to reform to expand medicaid, even further, by introducing the single payer health care option to all uninsured citizens. With the development of a better health insurance, living standards can improve, health care will be more affordable, and the mortality annually should decrease; therefore, it should be given to every citizens. Buerhaus from Economics of Health Care and Nursing mentioned “Single It seems like it wasn’t only the uninsured citizens that was affected by this ludicrous of health care coverage, even for the insured people there were limits to any type of private insurance. Health administrations would find any reason to suspend the approval of expensive insurance coverages according to many rejection letters from patients. Many people who are insured were then denied for the costs of their specific health condition or illness fail to cover benefits such as Autism, Bronchiectasis, Cancer and many more (Michael Moore, Sicko). The intend of any care act should pursue the illness of the citizens affected to give them treatment regardless if it’s a deadly illness or a cold. We as citizens can benefit under single payer health care system, and this way we will all have health insurance.
