Reflection on the project Completion During my experience on the house project, I was fortunate enough to have experienced first-hand and learned many different sides of what goes into a housing project, the general process of how a project is initially planned, developed and completed; as well as how much work and details goes into every phase. The valuable lesson learned during these 10 weeks, were the many different types of work a project manager has to perform to get the project right, which in turn, have provided me with more insight into different kinds of roles and responsibilities that I could perform as a project manager. So throughout the project, we engaged into systematic approach to recruit staffs on the project. So we introduced system to scrutinised labourers and contractors to meet the skill requirements, and avoid inexperienced staff assigned on the project and workers team were selected on the basis of experience. Undoubtedly, these guys were incredibly talented and really helpful in completing the project before the project deadline. These guys with be reuse and hire for future project and reduce time for recruitment. On reflection, my biggest disappointment in these ten weeks on the course was my performance on the presentation. I failed to present my topic as compared to my colleagues and hope to prepare well next time faced with such situation. Overall, my experience on the project was positive. I was very happy with the amount of things I have learned and experienced on this project to be a project manager. I believe that this course has served a platform for me to accomplish my dream as a project manager in the future which will be a good incentive for future career. I managed to pick up tips and learned different types of skills, from learning to communicate and deal with other member on the project team. However; I look forward to semester two in learning and developing as a project
