The prestige Rancho Solano Preparatory School (RSPS) was established in 2008 but was known as an excellent private school located in Arizona. Majority of parents already be planning and wanting their children to attend great schools to receive the best education. So instead of children going to public school where education is not so great, their parents make a way for them to get excellent education. Every child is not that lucky to receive top rank education and have to make best with the education that they do get. Apply what they learn at the public school and move on to junior college and might not gain a career. That good education will eventually lead to further education, than off to a great career. In fact, according to (Oke, 2011), “A subsystem is a work unit or smaller component within a larger organization (p.139)”. The change will provide even more great staffing and take better approach with the finances of the school. The Human Resource Department is like the subsystem to Rancho Solano Preparatory school. The administration department is another key role in the school’s top ranked success. The costs of such private schools are expense and the parents pay well to have their children come to prestige school like (RSPS). Having the right personal also plays a role in the school’s success. Moreover, instructional and learning experience subsystem would have a positive effect once the proposed plans take into effect. The instructional subsystem are the teachers along with the administrators that gather their input and lead the students. The learning experience subsystem are the learners that process the information that the other 2 subsystem give out (Reighluth, 1995). There are a total of 4 subsystems, however the governance is like the head leaders of everything. The administrative subsystem is the most important one that needs the change, this division is like an engine to a vehicle.
