From the time of the creation of God’s Kingdom and the earth until present day in the eternal life, God has intended for His people to live as full human beings in order to live a fulfilled life, and a life of salvation and redemption through His son Jesus Christ. Through living the eternal life and living within God’s Kingdom, the anticipation of the return of Christ and the beginning of the New Heaven and the New Earth is what Christians are currently living for and anticipating. New Heaven and New Earth are both goals Christians work towards through their faith in Christ, along with the anticipation and work towards the eschatological goal as we work and live towards the future and end result, while some aspects of life will continue and some will discontinue in the New Heaven and the New Earth. While the New Heaven and New Earth is an opportunity to refresh our spirituality and redeem ourselves in a spiritual way through the work of the Holy Spirit and Jesus Christ, there are certain ways in which Christians should think, believe, and live in anticipation of continuity and discontinuity in the New Heaven and the New Earth.

The Kingdom of God is essentially the “house that God built” and is a central subject in Scripture. When the King is working with His power and authority, the Kingdom of God is working presently in us and is a present reality as the Kingdom is happening now. ... live the life of redemption and salvation while imitating our Savior Jesus Christ. Growing up and becoming wise are essential in the anticipation of discontinuity and continuity within the coming world and life while we should use our talents, money, and time for the sake of others just as Christ did. Our faith is still a gift of God and we need to continue to work out our salvation with fear and trembling while working towards the ultimate end goal of eschaton. Working until the end goal is fulfilled while also remembering that God is working in us until our salvation is accomplished is crucial to remember as Christians. Remembering that God is reconciling all things through Christ with His son’s crucifixion and forgiveness of sin is important in order to work towards the eschatological goal and discontinuity and continuity within the coming world and life.

God The Father Almighty, Creator Of Heaven And Earth Essay

- “I believe in God the Father almighty, creator of heaven and earth.” (Genesis 1:1) “Conceived of the Holy Spirit, and born of the Virgin Mary” (Luke 1:26-38) “The communion on saints” (Matthew 26:26-30) These lines are, to me, invaluable sections of the Apostle’s Creed. The first one, which is also the first recitation in the creed, clarifies that God is the creator of everything past and present. While this seems simple on the surface, it is an extremely complicated topic when you consider it from all angles....   [tags: Christianity, Jesus, Trinity, New Testament]

Essay Blake's The Marriage of Heaven and Hell

- Blake's The Marriage of Heaven and Hell      "The Nature of my Work is Visionary or Imaginative; it is an Endeavor to Restore what the Ancients calld the Golden Age." -William Blake (Johnson/Grant,xxiv).   William Blake completed the manuscript of The Marriage of Heaven and Hell, as well as the twenty-five accompanying engraved plates, in 1792. Essay on Heaven, The Home Of The Soul

- Now you would think that a fellow who has preached thousands of sermons could, with all the ease in the world, talk about any Bible subject he chooses. Well, I don’t feel that adequate about the subject of heaven. Actually, I don’t know that I feel that confident about any Bible subject, but I am more confident about some than others. Anyway, I don’t feel completely adequate to talk on the subject of Heaven, The Home of the Soul. I suppose it is because so little is known about God’s home. Where would you begin if you were preaching a sermon on heaven....   [tags: New Testament, Jesus, Christianity]

- Cannery Row: Living Heaven on Earth   Cannery Row (1945), a novel written by John Steinbeck, Nobel Prize winner for Literature, is a book without much of a plot. Instead, it's a novel where setting, atmosphere and most importantly character, take precedence. Steinbeck creates a colorful array of characters struggling to understand their own unique places in the world.   The story is set in the early 20th century, immediately following the Depression and World War II.
